We envisioned a place where we could coalesce our talents and passions into an experience. Where food combines with music and art; where local craftspeople come to share their skills, and where we can offer a calm space to rejuvenate the soul.
The BiSCUiT Coffeehouse is where our visions led us. One of us a mason with a background in photography and restaurant management, the other a classical pianist with connections to the art, music and homeschooling world. Both of us sharing a love for homemade, organic foods with our three kids.
Our household has been filled with family cooking projects since day 1, and it just seemed like the right decision to bring our community a place where we could showcase our food and drinks made from local, natural ingredients. The BiSCUiT Coffeehouse is the first true Farm-to-Table experience in the Poconos and our unique 30-mile menu is our commitment to supporting sustainable farming on a local level.
