The BiSCUiT Coffeehouse is what happened when we took all family our skills and combined them into one labor of love.

Our family of five has enjoyed cooking food together from day one. We’ve created, trialed, and experimented; and somewhere along that family journey, we knew that we had to share our love of food with others.

We wanted to build a place FOR Pocono people BY Pocono people. A place where we support local farmers and organic food practices; where we offer a space for local artisans to share their handmade arts; and where we truly support local musicians and give them a place to perform for appreciating audiences.
