The BiSCUiT Coffeehouse is what happened when we took all our skills and combined them into one labor of love.

Our family of five has enjoyed cooking food together from day one. We’ve created, trialed, and experimented.

One, a classical pianist desiring a place to perform. One, an artist with years of restaurant and business experience. Three kids

We wanted a place by Pocono people FOR Pocono people. A place where we support local farmers and organic food practices; where we offer a space for local artisans to share their handmade arts; and were we truly support local musicians and give them a place to perform for appreciating audiences.
